Barack Hussein Obama wants to send a message to the public about balancing the budget and being careful with government spending. Barack Hussein Obama decided that the best way to send the message is to do something that everyone will see and appreciate.

Federal employees are already paid twice as much as the public sector employees. Barack Hussein Obama is giving these overpaid and under worked employees a 2% across the board raise.

Now doesn't that send a message that the public can understand?
