Windows patch cripples XP with blue screen, users claim
Angry customers blame MS10-015 for Blue Screen of Death and XP reboot hell

Microsoft has wanted to kill Windows XP (10 year old OS) for a long time. Every time Microsoft announces a kill date for this version of the OS, user and reseller outcry is so great they have to extend the kill date. This is the first OS that Microsoft produced that almost worked as well as they claimed it would. While Windows XP was not perfect, it was better than anything Microsoft had produced before it, and it is better than anything Microsoft produced since then.

In an effort to get people to stop buying and using this product, Microsoft has slipstreamed a bug into the Windows Update service which causes the blue screen of death and continuous rebooting. Microsoft officials were quoted as saying, that if this doesn't kill Windows XP they don't know what will.

Microsoft Encourages Hackers To Exploit Holes In Their Programs.

Microsoft fixes 8 IE holes, including one used in attacks

4 Months ago, Microsoft learned of a security hole in Internet Exporer 5, 6, 7 and 8. Yesterday they released a patch to fix that particular problem. After hackers used the security hole to compromise end users and attack other web sites.

For those victims who have applied that insecurity patch and still wish to be hacked, there is still hope. Microsoft assured the hacker community there are still plenty of security holes in their software that Microsoft has no plans of fixing (now or ever). Microsoft knows most of their users continue to use older software that Microsoft doesn't support. So to encourage the users to upgrade, Microsoft usually doesn't bother patching anything unless the flaws are major and effect the current versions as well.

Aren't you glad that Microsoft cares about your data and your security?

Microsoft. Who Have You Attacked Today?

Microsoft's Browser Under Fire In Europe

If you are running Internet Explorer on any security level except high, you may have attacked google.com. Microsoft says you don't need to worry. If you are running an older version of their browser, just set the security to high. You don't need to worry that this mostly makes your browser non-functional, you didn't want to go to any website not owned by Microsoft anyway. If you want your browser to be functional, just upgrade to the newest version of Internet Explorer. If your system doesn't support the newest version of Internet Explorer, just buy a new computer with a more modern version of Windows that will support a more modern version of Internet Explorer.

Problem solved.
