Yes. Barack Hussein Obama is as much responsible for the oil spill as George W. Bush was responsible for Hurricane Katrina.

Interior Secretary Ken Salazar says the administration has been waging an "all-out, all-hands-on-deck battle to protect the Gulf Coast" and ensure that the British energy giant responsible for the spill cleans it up.

Yup. Just like Barack Hussein Obama saved the economy more than a year ago, B.O. has protected the environment from the oil spill.

The White House, citing a 1990 law that requires oil companies to clean up their messes, says the government is offering help and overseeing the effort — but they're insistent that the cleanup is BP's responsibility.

Which is the perfect excuse for Barack Hussein Obama to do nothing. Which is what he has been doing a lot of. But to be honest, Barack Hussein Obama has not been doing nothing, he has just been doing nothing useful. Barack Hussein Obama has been doing his usual campaigning for political office and blaming the prior administration for not doing anything about the oil spill (or whatever other problem Barack Hussein Obama currently refuses to deal with).

On May 11, Louisiana requested an emergency permit for the plan from the Army Corps of Engineers that would bypass lengthy environmental impact reviews. Corps and Coast Guard officials have voiced concerns, and the matter is still under review.

Don't worry. The environmental impact study to determine if the state of Louisiana should be allowed to prevent the oil spill from washing up on the beaches will be studied for the next 10 years or so to determine if it will have a negative impact on the beaches. Of course between now and then the oil spill will wash up on the beaches. Just like Barack Hussein Obama saved the economy last year, Barack Hussein Obama is saving the coastline now.

Of course, unless you are on the Barack Hussein Obama payroll, you may not think Barack Hussein Obama saved the economy or the environment. But that is a burden you will have to live with. Barack Hussein Obama knows that he is doing a wonderful job, and that all the people love him, so what more could he want?

Which is another way of saying that the federal government forbade appraisers who were not knowledgeable about a home to get expert help in appraising the home. So if appraisers are not knowledgeable, then no home loan can be made. So everybody who made homes using recycled material, or anything even remotely earth friendly, are being penalized. Which discourages building environmentally friendly homes. Which encourages environmentally unfriendly home construction methods.

So, what do you expect from a government that cares so much about the environment that it is planning on penalizing everyone who breathes?

Adolf "Final Solution" Hitler was a modest man with modest goals. All Adolf "Final Solution" Hitler wanted to do was kill all the Jews, Gypsy's, mental defectives, ... you know, white trash. All Adolf "Final Solution" Hitler wanted to do was to make the planet earth a better place for a favored class of people.

Al "Global Warming" Gore want carbon dioxide classified as a pollutant that must be stopped. Since every living, breathing human exhales carbon dioxide, then all humans must be stopped. So, all Al "Global Warming" Gore wants to do is kill off ALL the people on the planet to make it a better place for animals. I think. Animals exhale carbon dioxide, so Al "Global Warming" Gore may want to kill all animals to make the planet a safer place for the plants.

L.A. Council tentatively approves phasing out noiser jets at Van Nuys Airport

The Los Angeles City Council, in an effort to help reduce the number of active businesses in the area, are planning on banning noisier jets from landing at the Van Nuys airport. This will help crush the economy and lower the tax base by forcing the noisier jets to either spend vast quantities of money to make less noise when flying, or go elsewhere. In the midst of this Great Depression that Barack Hussein Obama calls a recovery, I suspect the owners of the jets will not only look to move their flights elsewhere, but also move their businesses. Which is a win-win situation for the Los Angeles City Council. Since it will reduce the tax base, and thus reduce tax income, it will give the City Council an excuse to raise the taxes on the local wealthy (anyone who still has a job-government workers don't count).

Judge eases curbs on delta pumping

Court says that a two-week reprieve for irrigation districts doesn't pose a serious hazard to salmon migrating to the sea.

In a stunning setback for the green party, a California judge ruled that allowing farms to fail and cities to go without water so that some fish might live is less dangerous to the fish than previously thought.

The green party disagreed and proclaimed that trying to save some fish is more important than providing water for 23 million Californians and millions of acres of farmland.

Instead, Wanger (the judge) ruled that the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation had not performed the necessary analysis of the pumping permit and its restrictions under another federal law, the National Environmental Policy Act.

In other words, the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation didn't even bother to hire any of the "Global Warming" scientists to doctor existing data and falsify new data to prove their point.

NOAA Fisheries Service assistant regional administrator reacted with a strongly worded statement that if people believed in the "science" of "Global Warming", there is no reason why they shouldn't believe in the "science" of any other highly paid fraud pretending to be a scientist working for the government.

The Commercial salmon fishermen agreed with the green party that it is much better to allow 23 million Californians and millions of acres of farmland to go without water than to stop trying to save the fish.

Otherwise, what will happen to the fishing industry?
