Drop Your Drawers, Get Out Of Jail.

http://www.denverpost.com/news/ci_14527013
Since 1970s, ID-theft victim has been dogged by someone else's "criminal" past
In more than 30 years of trying, St. Charles, Mo., lawyer Gary Stewart Heggs has found only one fail-safe way to quickly prove he isn't an escaped inmate from Colorado:
Dropping his drawers.

Here is yet another typical case of American justice.

A criminal steals some one else's wallet and identification. The criminal gets arrested. The criminal gets booked. The criminal gets tried. The criminal gets convicted. All using the stolen identification. The criminal manages to break out of jail and avoid recapture. Law enforcement and the criminal justice system send out arrest warrants for the fugitive under the name on the stolen identification. This happened in 1971. The man who had his identity stolen is still constantly arrested because the state couldn't be bothered to find out the real identity of criminal. The law enforcement agencies and criminal justice system are still looking for the criminal under the stolen identity. The law enforcement agencies and criminal justice system refuse to quash the arrest warrant because they refuse to admit they made a mistake. And because in this country the innocent citizen has no rights and no ability to defend himself against the all seeing, the all knowing, and the all incompetent police state.

The law enforcement agency and the criminal justice system can't be bothered to correctly identify the people they throw in jail.

And if the police state is willing to spend this much time and effort harassing an innocent man, you know they will exert even less care when administering the new national health care system they have just rammed down the throats of the vigorously protesting public.
