Obama wants to lessen 'the threat of nuclear weapons'
Obama Wants To Lessen America's Ability To Defend Itself From Nuclear Attack.
President Obama says the Nuclear Posture Review his administration releases today is part of his long-term goal -- very long-term -- of a world without nuclear weapons.
Barack Hussein Obama proclaims "I have a plan."
A plan which will be fair to all terrorists and other unfriendly countries. A plan that allows terrorists and unfriendly nations to use whatever weapons of mass destruction they want to against the United States, and the United States will not retaliate. A plan that encourages terrorists and unfriendly nations to attack Americans any place on the planet Earth that they want to, and the United States will not retaliate. A plan that will do nothing to discourage or stop terrorists or unfriendly nations for planing attacks on America or American citizens.
Thus my plan will provide peace on earth and goodwill towards all mankind.
But in the unlikely event that any other nation doesn't agree with me, they need to remember that any treaty ratified or law passed by the United States is just a "god damned pieced of paper" and I can ignore it any time I want to.
The onion.com was quoted as saying that if I "ever attempt to write a humorous article again, they will have my literary license revoked."
This is hardly humour. His plan is to disarm America by decommissioning weapons and defense systems that *we have already paid for* and that *are already in place*, and that are maintained as part of *normal military operations* -- so they essentially cost nothing in the overall scheme of things. It might cost more to disarm than to maintain what we've got. That it's "aging" is irrelevant. Most of our potential enemies are armed with our aged-out castoffs, which we sold them decades ago. Who do they plan to sell the newly-dismantled weapons to, hmmmm?? And it doesn't matter if the enemy only has stone knives, if you have nothing.
ReplyDeleteBut of course once we're disarmed, if and when America IS attacked (and no peace lasts forever), one of two things happens:
Either we're attacked and overwhelmed, just like any unarmed victim,
Or a bunch of defense contractors get lucrative new emergency contracts to replace the system we'd lately dismantled, all at taxpayer expense.
Either way, American citizens LOSE.
