President Obama to GOP leaders: Stop 'grandstanding' and get to work on jobs legislation
A frustrated, tough-talking President Obama told GOP leaders Tuesday he will try to meet them halfway on a new jobs bill, but also accused them of trying to torpedo his entire policy agenda for political gain.
The only time Barack Hussein Obama is able to talk tough is when his teleprompter tells him too. (Sorry, but a cheap shot is better than no shot at all.)
Of course the non-Democratic American public and the non-Democratic politicians are trying to torpedo Barack Hussein Obama's entire policy. But the non-Democratic people are not doing it for political gain. They are trying to prevent the destruction of the capitalist society and the freedoms it provides every individual.
Obama said he "won't hesitate to embrace a good idea from my friends in the minority party, but I also won't hesitate to condemn what I consider to be obstinacy that's rooted not in substantive disagreements."
Except that Barack Hussein Obama has no friends in the minority party. He has no friends because they have different beliefs and goals. Barack Hussein Obama, as a communist, must disagree with any idea which is not his own or approved by the Democratic Socialist party of which he belongs to. Therefor any opposition to Barack Hussein Obama is a NOT political ploy. It is an attempt to prevent the United States from being turned into a communist country.
"The people who sent us here expect a seriousness of purpose that transcends petty politics," he (Barack Hussein Obama) added.
Where was that attitude when Barack Hussein Obama was ramming the stimulus / bailout (welfare for the wealthy) bill through the congress and the legislature? The only thing the stimulus / bailout (welfare for the wealthy) bill stimulated, was the large annual bonuses that the wall street wizards normally expect to get. That was NOT what the people who sent Barack Hussein Obama to the White House wanted.
He (Barack Hussein Obama) restated his irritation with GOP "obstruction" on just about every issue on his agenda, arguing that bipartisanship should be easy in areas like job creation, energy and health care reform. However, he flatly refused a demand by Republicans to "start over" on the health care bill.
Where was the bipartisanship when Barack Hussein Obama invited ONLY democrats and special interest groups to write the Health Care Deform bill behind closed doors?
At one point, Obama got into a heated exchange with House GOP leader John Boehner, accusing the Republicans of first supporting, then voting against creating a bipartisan commission to tackle the deficit.
It shouldn't take a commission to figure out that when Barack Hussein Obama promotes bills that spend trillions of dollars and saves millions of dollars to figure out that Barack Hussein Obama is the reason when the deficit is ballooning out of control.
"I respect the Senate's role to advise and consent, but for months, qualified, non-controversial nominees for critical positions in government, often positions related to our national security, have been held up despite having overwhelming support," Obama said.
Really? Barack Hussein Obama finally found non-controversial nominees for critical positions? Unlike the tax cheats and the other morally reprehensible people he usually nominates or appoints to political offices.
Obama urged lawmakers to get behind the idea of tax credits for businesses that hire new workers, proposed by Democratic Sen. Chuck Schumer of New York and GOP Sen. Orrin Hatch of Utah.
Tax credits for businesses to hire employees is like new tires for an automobile with a broken engine. You need to fix the economy so that businesses are encouraged to expand. Only then will any kind of employment growth occur. As a communist, Barack Hussein Obama won't do anything to make life easier for businesses. Therefor his tax credit bill (credits for new hires, or credits for raises to existing employees) will work as well as his loan modification plan worked (it didn't), as well as his jobless and homeless and businessesless economic recovery of a year ago.
In other words, this was just another normal Barack Hussein Obama press conference with his usual half-truths and lies.
