Mentally Ill Prisoner Wants Continued Access To Rape Victim. Promises Nothing Bad Will Happen.

Man Charged in Jaycee Dugard Kidnapping Is Mentally Ill, Lawyer Says

Phillip Garrido, who is planning on pleading not-guilty by reason of insanity, wants to have continued access to the young girl he kidnapped and then raped for 18 years.

I wonder what the courts will say?

After all, Phillip Garrido did have two children with the girl he kidnapped and raped for 18 years. Doesn't that give him some kind of parental rights?

After all, Phillip Garrido is claiming to be mentally ill. What could a mentally ill person possibly do in a situation like this to make things worse for the girl he kidnapped and raped for 18 years?

Considering how quickly (sarcasm) the government system apprehend Phillip Garrido, what could possibly go wrong with giving a mentally ill individual access to a girl he kidnapped and raped for 18 years?

Don't you appreciate the fact that our government does everything in it's power to protect the rights of the criminals?
