Questions Arise Over How Kidnapper Went Undetected
It was easy for Phillip Garrido, the kidnapper / rapist to go undetected for decades. The parole agents who were supposed to keep an eye on him didn't. The police officers who were called because of complaints didn't investigate. There were people living in tents in the back yard and even the housing / zoning inspectors never showed up to find out why this was going on. In fact, every system the government had in place to prevent this kind of thing from happening, was in place, but was non-functional.
Won't you be much happier when these kinds of people will be overseeing your health care system.
