Criminals defraud a recycling program and all of the green, socialist, human haters insist that the recycling must go on. Without recycling, some criminals will require new crime retraining to find another scam., Without recycling, the government will have to terminate some employees. Keeping the recycling program going help the government justify its inefficient and incompetent growth to an even larger size.
