However, Barack Hussein Obama is boosting spending on the two wars he has started, on extending unemployment benefits for the next decade, on a new stimulus bill (welfare for the wealthy programs), and a bunch of other stuff to save the economy over the next decade.

Barack Hussein Obama has promised to cut the fat from the budget. Currently there are no Muslims on the moon, so Barack Hussein Obama thinks he can safely save $23 billion by cutting funding to various programs nobody is interested in, including NASA.
