Aafia Siddiqui demands no Jewish jurors at attempted murder trial

Aafia Siddiqui was allegedly arrested outside an alleged Afghan government compound, allegedly carrying two pounds of allegedly poisonous sodium cyanide and allegedly carrying information on chemical, biological and radiological weapons, as well as allegedly carrying descriptions of U.S. landmarks such as Wall Street and the Statue of Liberty.

So Aafia Siddiqui may be right. She might not be able to get a fair trial.

Since Jews and Israelis are the favorite target of terrorists, how can you have a fair trial if any victims (or potential victims) are allowed to be in the jury. Americans are the next best target for terrorists. So maybe Americans shouldn't be allowed on the jury either. America pretends that we provide a fair and impartial trial. If you are supposed to be tried by a jury of your peers, then doesn't fairness and justice demand that anti-Semites and terrorists be allowed on the jury.

And for the liberals and democrats, here is a thought.

She is a mother of three, and the wife of a terrorist. If she is punished for her acts, that could leave her children as orphans and her husband as a widower. The children may have nothing left to live for (other than as suicide bombers).

Is that fair and just?
