Pentagon Report on Fort Hood Shooting Details Failures
The investigation into the Fort Hood shooting is finished, and the report has been issued. The conclusion, if you want to spout terrorist rhetoric and plan to kill Americans, the best place to hide out, is in the U.S.Military.
Evidently, it is politically incorrect to be say anything bad about coworkers or subordinates who happen to be Muslims and who happen to spout jihadist rhetoric. As long as this is the official policy of the people who are supposed to defend Americans against terrorists, then Fort Hood type of terrorist attacks will happen again and again throughout this country and abroad.
The only surprise about the Fort Hood shooting, is that it didn't happen sooner.
For years Nidal Malik Hasan had been alarming his colleagues and superiors with his support for radical terrorists. In 2008 Nidal Malik Hasan was sending e-mails to a radical cleric asking if it was morally acceptable for Muslim American soldiers to kill non-Muslim American soldiers.
Nope. Nothing suspicious there.
It is kind of like when a young man pays for an international flight with cash and has no luggage. Or when a group of young men enroll in flight school and only seem interested in how to take off and fly, and have no interest in landing.
If this is the kind of protection that America is offering it's citizens, then why do we even bother have screenings at airports?
