Earlier Bedtimes May Fight Teen Depression
Let me get this straight.
Scientists (doctors) did a study and determined that youngsters who get adequate sleep are less depressed?
Since it is already known that depriving people of sleep is a form of torture, why would anyone have to have a study to prove that having adequate sleep doesn't cause any problems, and may even help solve problems.
Is this government science at work? Maybe there are too many unemployed scientists. Maybe we need a few more studies.
How about:
Are there any studies to see if youngsters who eat enough have less negative side effects than youngsters who don't?
Or youngsters that have two parents have less negative side effects than youngsters who don't?
Or youngsters that exercise enough have less negative side effects than youngsters who don't?
What will science think of next?
