No one punished under congressional ethics rules
3 years ago, Congress passed sweeping ethics rules to punish unethical behavior in Washington District of Criminals (D.C.). But just like every other sweeping ethics rules change, and like the Health Care Deform Bill, they have made themselves exempt to the bill. Either that, or the sweeping they are referring to is the sweeping under the rug so that no politician can be harmed by anything they do.
And it is not surprising that Congress can't find unethical behavior. They have all been behaving unethically for so long, that if someone pointed a gun at their head, they would be able to figure out a way to claim that is ethical behavior.
Or to put it another way, politicians regularly spend millions of dollars to get elected to jobs that pay hundreds of thousands.
Think about that for a minute.
Do you really think that nothing unethical has happened in the Washington District of Criminals (D.C.) for the last three years?
