Congress Investigates Why Congress Likes To Investigate Congress.

Panel Will Question Big Bank Leaders

8 months ago Congress authorized a commission to investigate the causes of the financial crisis. Congress has finally stopped dragging their feet and are finally getting around to pretending to do something about the situation. Fortunately this is all for show. Nobody expects a bunch of "fat cat" politicians (who are regularly bribed by the banks they are investigating) to actually understand the economy. So nobody expects the politicians will do anything other than waste taxpayer time and money asking foolish questions that will cause American citizens to once again question the intelligence of elected officials.

My only question on the subject, is why? Why would Congress create a commission to investigate the cause of the financial crisis. Barack Hussein Obama has already clearly stated he has saved the economy. How could Barack Hussein Obama save the economy if he didn't know what was wrong with the economy or what caused the problem?

So why doesn't why doesn't Barack Hussein Obama just sit down with Congress and explain to them what went wrong with the economy, and what he did to fix it?
