Boehner blasts Waxman for brow-beating private sector
House Republican Leader John Boehner (R-OH) issued the following statement on upcoming hearings called by Rep. Henry Waxman (D-CA), chairman of the Energy & Commerce Committee, to intimidate employers who are warning that the job-killing new health care law will increase their costs and hamper job creation: ...

The democrats can lie and break the law with impunity. For the last year, the democrats were so busy lying to the public and each other about the contents of the Health Care Deform bill, that they are now shocked when they are seeing what the businesses are doing to try to survive in the new economy.

Businesses not on the Barack Hussein Obama bailout plan don't have the option of lying to the public and other government officials. As a consequence, many businesses that hope to stay in business after the passage of the Health Care Deform bill are starting to make plans to survive the Health Care Deform bill. In order to survive, they are starting to report large losses, starting to cut health care benefits and starting to lay off employees.

Naturally the democrats are upset. They thought the entire country (except for a few malcontents) had been brainwashed into believing the lies the liar-in-chief and the congressional criminals were spewing forth. Unfortunately for the con men in Con Gress, the Infernal Revenue Service will be adding more than 15,000 new employees to enforce the new laws. This means that the job killing and economy killing aspects of the new Health Care Deform bill must be accounted for by businesses in a way that is acceptable to the Infernal Revenue Service.

So while no benefits from the Health Care Deform Bill will be felt until Barack Hussein Obama is throw out of office in disgrace, the chilling effect on jobs and the economy will be felt immediately.
