Obama administration has blunt message for insurers
"Now is not the time to search for non-existent loopholes that preserve a broken system," (Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen) Sebelius wrote. "Instead, we should work together to do the hard work of improving the affordability, quality and accessibility of our healthcare system."
It is too bad that Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius didn't issue that statement before the Health Care Deform bill was passed.
Now it is too late.
The Health Care Deform bill will completely and irrevocably break the health care system in a way that is non-fixable. The quality and accessibility of everyone's health care will drop (except the liar-in-chief and his czars and commissars who are exempt from the bill). You can not pay the doctors, nurses, hospitals, ... less and force them to work on even more patients and expect the quality of care to improve.
But that was never the plan.
The Health Care Deform bill always was and is about the government taking control of the health care industry. We will soon have a health care system that equals North Korea and it will be run with the care and concern that the Infernal Revenue Service displays towards the
