Waste and fraud is so ingrained in the system, that all government employees think that it is normal. Therefore Barack Hussein Obama is hiring non-government organizations to look for fraud.

The problem with this approach, is that it is like the approach we are using to fight terrorism. Waiting for the terrorist to show up at the target with his bomb, and then trying to stop him depends on so much going right, that it is sure to eventually go wrong.

We need to stop Barack Hussein Obama and his band of merry thugs from writing omnibus spending bills that are 100% pork projects and boondoggles. As long as politicians pass bills that are thinly disguised attempts to pay back political allies, it sends a message to all government employees and scammers looking for new victims that corruption and waste is what they were hired for.
