Are we talking the same BB guns that I remember from my childhood? The guns that fire the very small BBs. The gun that is incapable of allowing a normal size bullet in the barrel or in the firing chamber? I do not recall any part that came off the BB gun easily. The only thing easy in this story, is the lies coming out of the mouths of the Ailing Tyrannical Fraudulent (A.T.F.) Agents.
As someone once put it, "Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms" should be a convenience store, not a government agency!
ReplyDeleteAnd not only would it be impossible to put a normal round into a BB's chamber even with a prybar, if you DID somehow get it in there and contrive to fire it (which would be another trick since BB guns lack a firing pin), it wouldn't go anywhere, but the BB gun WOULD blow up in your face -- high-powered ammunition needs a chamber stronger than itself, or that is ALWAYS the result. So... Not exactly a high-quality or useful machine gun by any standard, no matter how you modify it.
Well, maybe if you melted it down and started over... Oh wait, isn't that what BATFE wants to do with ALL our guns??
