OSHA Investigates Ruger Firearm Plant–Wants 250K In Fines Imposed

The criminal enterprise known as the federal government has figured out yet another way to subvert the Constitution of the United States to produce yet another attack on the Bill of Rights.

The second amendment of the Bill of Rights to the Constitution of the United States proclaims that the citizens need to be able to own weapons to protect themselves from the federal government. The federal government has investigated the second amendment, and determined that the federal government the founders of this country were afraid is not the current administration, because the current administration didn't exist at that time, so it must be some other federal government the founders of the United States were afraid of. Since the federal government has been unsuccessful in brainwashing all the slaves citizens into this belief, the federal government needs to take other subversive steps to protect themselves from the slaves citizens.

In an effort to keep the slaves citizens oppressed and downtrodden, the federal government continually creates new laws and new organizations to help them the rabble in their place.

If the federal government is unable to subvert the Constitution and the Bill of Rights directly, they will have to do it indirectly. Since the federal government is uncomfortable passing a law stating that the slaves citizens are not allowed to protect themselves, the federal government needs a way to do it indirectly. If no manufacturer is allowed to make guns, it makes it harder for the law abiding slaves citizens to buy guns. So the federal government will outlaw the means of production of guns for self protection. That is where the Occupational Safety & Health Administration comes into place. After a 6 month investigation, the O.S.H.A. managed to create 60 "violations of safety and health standards" and issue $255,150 in fines. In an effort to pretend they are a fair and unbiased organization, the O.S.H.A., which took 6 months to investigate the alleged problems, is allowing Sturm-Ruger Co. Inc. (a gun manufacturer) 15 days to respond to the the complaint.

But the government doesn't need to worry. There has never been and never will be any government organization that will rule against the themselves or the government that provides their funding and provides for their continued existence.

Note that they can take as long as they wish to investigate you, but you only have 15 days to defend yourself.

If Ruger's facility was really that dangerous, one wonders how the employees have survived this long!
