Tobacco Rule Proposed in ’95 to Go Into Effect
Fifteen years after the Food and Drug Administration first proposed banning the sale and marketing of tobacco products to teenagers, top government officials announced Thursday that they would finally put the rule into effect.
Hopefully, now that the federal government will be ruining your health care, you won't need to wait 15 year for your next doctors appointment. But if the new health care bill causes you to wait 15 years for an appointment, it will serve multiple purposes. If it takes 15 years to get an appointment to see a doctor, the serious cases will die before their time. So no payout is required. And when you die, your carbon footprint is greatly reduced. A win-win situation for the government and the environmentalists.
