House Democrats Defend Plan To Subvert The Constitution And The Bill Of Rights.

House Democrats defend plan to pass health care
Democrats defended plans to push massive health care legislation through the House without a direct vote and Republicans assailed the strategy Tuesday, as both parties fenced ferociously over the health overhaul end game.

The democrats, lead by Barack Hussein Obama, claim that the Constitution of the United States is too old to be bothered with. The laws must change to reflect the times. And with the socialist-in-thief to lead us out of democracy into communism, we need to ignore the constitution as the wasted words of white upper class slave owners who couldn't possible understand the needs of the current socialist regime. Thus there should be no need to vote on the Health Care Deform Bill to pass it. The democrats know (their messiah told them) that even though more than 50% of the people in this country oppose the Health Care Deform Bill, the will of the people should be ignored in favor of the will of the communist-in-chief.
The White House emphasized the human benefits over the technical details, returning repeatedly to a letter Obama received from an Ohio cancer patient who wrote that she gave up her health insurance after the cost rose to $8,500 a year.

The Barack Hussein Obama version of Health Care Deform claims it would reduce the cost of the cancer patient, in this case to a mere few dollars per year. However, because of the oppressive provisions in the Barack Hussein Obama Health Care Deform Bill, anyone interested in the medical profession will be discouraged from entering the profession, or if someone is already there, they will be encouraged to leave the field. Thus, even though the cost of medical care will come down, the wait times to see a doctor will increase to months. Meaning, that anyone with a serious medical issue will die before being able to see a doctor. Which means that Barack Hussein Obama can claim there will be no death squads (you don't need death squads if the patient dies before the doctor can see the patient). Which means that Barack Hussein Obama can claim the new Health Care Deform Bill will save money (by not paying doctors to work on dead patients).

The passage of the Health Care Deform Bill will provide multiple benefits to Barack Hussein Obama.

Barack Hussein Obama will save money on health care expenses (you don't pay doctors if the patient dies before the doctor can treat the patient). Barack Hussein Obama will be providing everyone the same level of health care (inadequate). And as an added bonus, Barack Hussein Obama will have subverted the constitution of the United States along with the Bill of Rights.

What more could a socialist want?

    Literally true:

    From today's Downsizer Dispatch -- http://www.downsizedc.com/

Can the House pass the Senate healthcare bill without voting on it? If Speaker Pelosi has her way then that may be what happens. It's hard to know whether to laugh or cry, and we keep wondering, can they really get away with it?

For one thing, there's a 1998 Supreme Court ruling that says each chamber of Congress must approve the exact same wording of a bill before that bill can become law.

You wouldn't think Congress would need a court ruling to determine this, but they are politicians, so they need lots of remedial assistance with simple logic.

"This two-votes-in-one gambit is a brazen affront to the plain language of the Constitution, which is intended to require democratic accountability. Article 1, Section 7 of the Constitution says that in order for a 'Bill' to 'become a Law,' it 'shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate.' This is why the House and Senate typically have a conference committee to work out differences in what each body passes. ... If Congress can now decide that the House can vote for one bill and the Senate can vote for another, and the final result can be some arbitrary hybrid, then we have abandoned one of [James] Madison's core checks and balances."
