California Taxes Fall Short of November Target by $439 Million

I think California has a new plan for saving the economy. Force all non-government employment out of the state, and then beg for welfare / bailout dollars from the federal government.

Of course the state of California will pretend that is not their plan. However, as revenue falls, and taxes keep raising to try to keep up with the falling revenue, the government will be forcing anyone with any ambition to flee the state.

So the end effect will be to drive anyone with a job skill out of this state. And drive any business out of the state. Thus leaving the welfare recipients and the state government employees baffled as to where their next handout will come from.
