Just like his cash clunkers, Barack Hussein Obama has found yet another way to pretend to fix the economy that will have no long term lasting effects.

Cash for clunkers encouraged people who would eventually need cars, to buy cars before they were needed and could be afforded. Which means at a later date, there will be no one buying cars, because everyone who would need one has already bought one. The cash for clunkers had an additional bonus feature. All the cars used for trade-ins were to be destroyed. Therefore a lot of low income people will not be able to afford cars and maybe not afford to be able to work for lack of transportation.

Now Barack Hussein Obama has decided that teaching people to use a caulking gun will provide all the stimulus the economy will need. And learning to use a caulking gun will provide the job training that a growing technological economy needs. I guess all the future criminals need job training in point and shoot.

And even though Barack Hussein Obama believes the fraudulent claims about global warming, and thus we don't need to worry about weather proofing our homes, he still believes this is a useful make work project.

Except, what happens after everyone has weatherproofed their homes? All the caulkers will be unemployed again. They will have no useful job skills (except point and shoot). But if Barack Hussein Obama is lucky, it will be long after he has been kicked out of the presidency and he will then be able to blame it on the republicans who will be trying to clean up the mess that he left for them.
