Let's see. People have been drinking to excess for centuries. It is now 2009. Someone finally did a study to see if young adults with hangovers have their judgment impaired? What is next? Do hangovers impair the judgment of older adults? Do hangovers impair the judgment of children?

Since studies like these are usually funded by the government, maybe we can get a study to prove that paying higher taxes is good for individuals and businesses. Maybe we can get a study to prove that when politicians are given bribes they don't perform special favors for the people bribing them.
