Federal court restricts Taser use by police
As we all know, anyone who has ever been stopped by a police office, is always apologetic and peaceful and in a good frame of mind. We have NEVER seen an individual react in an aggressive manner, or engage in high speed or slow speed escape from the police.
Oops. I guess we have.
So, maybe the federal court just never noticed this happening. Which is not surprising, as most federal officials never seem to notice anything that happens in the real world.
So, maybe it is a good thing that gang bangers and other criminals who are unarmed and resist arrest when they get stopped by the police can claim excessive force was used and more easily sue for damages.
