Britain and other third world countries are upset that the United States won't shoulder all the blame for global warming, and pay out billions to all the other countries on the planet.

This is especially disheartening because Barack Hussein Obama, on behalf of the United States, has specifically accepted the blame for everything bad that has ever happened on this planet since the beginning of the United States. Barack Hussein Obama, as a devout Muslim and communist, is working as hard as he can and as fast as he can to correct this problem by turning the United States into a model Muslim communist country the rest of the world can look up to.

Unfortunately, except for the the third world dictatorships that are only looking for a handout, there are countries with developing economies that don't want them destroyed by agreeing to any lunatic fringe global warming bill that will condemn them for doing what the United States did for it's first 200 years as a country (provide freedom for citizens, improve the lot of citizens, provide opportunities for their citizens to better their lot in life, ...).
