Mayor Villaraigosa, the leader(?) of the city of Los Angeles, who is well know for having sexual relations with any female who will agree to it, and who is well known for finding myriads of excuses for why he needs to flee the city he is mayor of, has found yet another excuse to vacation around the world at taxpayer expense. For the mere cost of slightly over $100,000 for his one week away from home, the mayor felt it was worth his time and taxpayers money to visit various cities in Europe on his way to and from the climate change conference. As the world leader that he is (at least in his own mind), and the global warming expert that he is (at least in his own mind), he felt his conversations with leaders of countries would be valuable.

I am sure the foreign leaders were impressed. With the ability of American politicians to waste money on foreign vacations, and screw the people they are supposed to look out for.
