Rothstein charged in $1 billion Ponzi scheme

Evidently, attorney Scott Rothstein is being charged for running a Ponzi Scheme.

For those who don't know what a Ponzi Scheme is, let me explain. A Ponzi Scheme is when someone (government) collects money (taxes) from someone else (taxpayers) and distributes the money to others (politicians and their friends) in an attempt to convince everyone that whatever fraud is being perpetrated (bailout) is good for everyone.

Since the government doesn't like competition, they are unfairly filing criminal charges against attorney Scott Rothstein for doing the same thing the federal government routinely does. Maybe Scott Rothstein should have been a politician, because it is a well known fact that all politicians believe that anything a politician does can't be a crime, and therefor no politicians should ever be punished for anything they do.
