Colorado's Green Rush: Medical marijuana
Interesting.
Colorado Attorney General John Suthers said the amendment to the Colorado state constitution that allowed Medical Marijuana businesses is flawed.
Who would have thought it?
A law that is flawed.
How could that happen?
Why does the Colorado Attorney General feel a need to complain that this law is flawed. After all, most laws are flawed. Most people who make laws are flawed. Most people who enforce flawed laws are flawed. In fact, if the legislature never passed a new law for the rest of eternity, and spent the rest of that time trying to fix all the flawed laws, I am sure they would still never get them all corrected.
Can anyone explain to me when the federal government wants to keep marijuana illegal, but doesn't want to enforce the law? Can anyone explain it to me without calling the federal government arbitrary and capricious?
